Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on the st789 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal form).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. st789 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or other legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into this agreement or using gambling services.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not currently hold, nor have previously held, an Account that was suspended or permanently closed by st789 for a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party when using the platform.

st789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by st789 support may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the st789 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes following registration.

Your Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. st789 will treat any instruction received through your Account as having been made by you personally. You must notify st789 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by any unauthorized party.

st789 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account at any time for cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Deposits. st789 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed without exception and may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. st789 targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and under 3 hours for bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service-level commitments; actual processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC review. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

KYC prior to withdrawal. st789 reserves the right to require full KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / KTP or valid passport) and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Members who have not previously submitted KYC documentation should expect to complete this process on or before their first withdrawal request.

Withdrawal destination. All withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case st789 will request an alternative destination from the Member. st789 does not make withdrawals to accounts held in names other than the verified Account holder's name under any circumstances.

Currency. All transactions on the st789 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). st789 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Any foreign-currency deposits will be declined at the payment gateway level.

st789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to a Welcome Bonus, daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, which supplement and take precedence over the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

Wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount applies, calculated on qualifying real-money bets only. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may be excluded from or weighted differently toward wagering requirement completion.

Bonus abuse. The use of any technique, system, software, or coordinated strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-margin betting to clear wagering requirements, bonus cycling across multiple accounts, or collusion — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential permanent Account closure.

Single bonus per household. Only one Member per household, shared device, or shared IP address is eligible to claim any given promotional offer. st789's automated systems monitor for patterns consistent with coordinated bonus claiming and will act accordingly.

st789's discretion. st789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. st789 also reserves the right to void any bonus claim that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been made in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

All games available on the st789 platform are operated and certified by independent, internationally licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game are defined by the respective studio and are available within the game's information panel prior to placing any wager.

Game outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. st789 does not and cannot alter or influence individual game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.

Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round in progress, any wager placed during the affected round will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account balance. st789 will not honor any result generated during a demonstrably malfunctioned game session.

Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are governed by st789's sportsbook rules, including the rules applicable to mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bet types, which are published separately in the sportsbook help section. Settlement of bets is based on official competition results as recognized by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for the Champions League).

Bet cancellation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it may not be amended or cancelled by the Member. st789 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error, system fault, or unauthorized data feed irregularity.

st789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire member base. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every Member's account settings dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion.

Members who believe that their gambling has become problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to contact st789 support via live chat or WhatsApp for confidential assistance. Requests for self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.

st789 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If at any point st789 has reason to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, it will suspend the Account immediately and conduct a full age verification review. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Member will be forfeited in their entirety.

All content on the st789 platform — including but not limited to the st789 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of st789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express written consent from st789.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system forming part of the platform.
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or script to access, monitor, or extract data from the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.

Any unauthorized use of st789's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to civil or criminal legal action.

st789 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

st789 applies industry-standard security measures to protect Member data, including TLS 1.3 transport encryption, adaptive bcrypt password hashing, and access-controlled internal data systems. However, no security system is infallible, and st789 cannot guarantee absolute data security in all circumstances.

st789 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud-detection services as necessary for the operation of the platform and the fulfilment of st789's legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st789 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a Member's own decision to wager on the platform, regardless of the outcome.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from events outside st789's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, payment gateway outages, natural disasters, or governmental action.
• Errors, omissions, or interruptions in the platform's availability, provided that st789 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

In any event in which st789 is found liable to a Member despite the foregoing exclusions, st789's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Termination by the Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting st789 support via live chat or WhatsApp. Before closure, any withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights or obligations arising prior to the closure date.

Termination by st789. st789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Confirmed underage membership.
• Abuse of promotional offers or wagering systems.
• Any conduct that st789 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other Members.

Where an Account is closed by st789 for cause, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which st789 is registered and licensed to operate. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, st789 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms, where the nature of the breach warrants such action.

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event that they are translated into any other language for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.

st789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, st789 will provide reasonable notice to Members via a platform notification or email to the registered address on file, no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms at any given time is the version accessible at https://st789.ws/terms-conditions.
